Online student management portal

Our experience with development tracking system

We have provided an integrated authoring environment for content creators i.e Super Admin, School Admin, and Instructors of Testflight, with a wide range of features with all required formatting to publish content for the students.

The users can perform CRUD operations i.e. Create new courses or chapters, read those courses or chapters, update the existing course or chapters as well as delete the unneeded content.

This module has been used for different purposes in School Admin, Super Admin, and Instructor interface. There are two types of status in the application i.e. Active and Inactive. If any of these users set any course or chapter on inactive status, it will reflect in the student’s dashboard and the students won’t be able to see the particular course or chapter anymore.

The instructors can add chapters and keep the status of the chapter and keep the status of chapter as inactive then that chapter will act as a draft that will be only visible to the instructor.

In this module the users will get notified if there is any action taken within the system like if/when a course or chapters are updated. This module helps students, the school, and the instructor to stay in sync with each other’s activities.

Clients’ experiences with our student management:

  1. Students and teachers benefited from having a single location to coordinate academic activities
  2. It gives students the freedom to access course materials and communicate with professors and peers from any location with an internet connection.
  3. For educators, Our portals streamlined administrative tasks such as grading and communication, freeing up more time for teaching and student engagement.
Tracking Progress

Our Experience with the development of a tracking system

We have created a tracking system for Student Users and instructors. Students can mark and track their progress by marking the chapters within the course as complete. This will help to track the overall progress of the course with a percentage rate. And the same can be done by instructors. The Instructor can view and track individual students’ progress.

Our Challenges / Solutions

Student Pilot Training Tracking application faced the challenge of managing and organizing the training records of their student pilots effectively. With a large number of students and various training requirements, the school needed a solution to streamline the process and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Complexity of Training Programs: Pilot training programs can be complex and involve multiple stages, certifications, and endorsements. Managing and organizing the diverse requirements and tracking progress across different training schools can pose a challenge.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Standards: The aviation industry is heavily regulated, and training programs must adhere to strict compliance and regulatory standards. Ensuring that the Student Pilot Training Tracking application captures and monitors compliance requirements accurately can be a challenge.
  • Scalability and System Performance: As the number of student pilots and training records grows, ensuring that the application can handle increased data volume and user load while maintaining system performance and responsiveness can be a challenge.
  • Centralized Record-Keeping: The application provided a centralized platform where students could record and update their training activities. Flight hours, simulator sessions, ground school classes, exams, and other training milestones were easily documented and stored in one place.
  • Progress Monitoring: The application allowed both students and instructors to track the progress of each student. Clear overviews of completed and pending training tasks provided visibility into the students’ training journey, ensuring that they met the necessary requirements for each stage of their training.
  • Notifications and Reminders: The application included a notification system that sent reminders to students about upcoming training tasks, exams, or deadlines. This feature helped students stay organized and ensured that they completed all necessary requirements on time.
  • Improved Efficiency: The application streamlined the process of managing and organizing training records, saving time and effort for both students and instructors. The centralized platform eliminated the need for manual record-keeping and reduced administrative tasks.
  • Enhanced Accuracy: With the application’s tracking and monitoring features, the accuracy of training records significantly improved. Students could easily update their progress, and instructors could monitor their development in real time, reducing the chances of errors or oversight.
  • Streamlined Communication: The application facilitated seamless communication between students, instructors, and administrative staff. Students could easily seek clarification, submit queries, or receive feedback on completed tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
